Through collaboration with our partner agencies and a shared commitment to public service, WestCom 911 works to support effective emergency communications across the communities we serve.
WestCom 911 is a regional Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) providing emergency call handling and dispatch services for 12 partner fire and emergency medical services agencies across the Greater Houston area. Through coordinated communications, trained telecommunicators, and strong partnerships with first responders, WestCom 911 helps connect communities with the emergency services they depend on.
